Role Overview - We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented visualizer, graphic designer, and motion graphics animator with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life while ensuring high-quality output aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Create high-quality design, motion graphics, and visual assets for a variety of digital content formats.
• Translate scripts, storyboards, and concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Manage the end-to-end design and animation workflow, from concept development to final delivery.
• Ensure consistency in style, branding, and visual quality across all outputs.
• Collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and stakeholders to align on creative direction and objectives.
• Adhere to project timelines and proactively flag risks or delays.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance output quality.
• Organize and manage animation assets, files, and project documentation efficiently.

Skill Set Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics, or a related role.
• Proficiency in animation and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• A strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life through both static and motion design.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, and composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working on educational, digital, or content-driven platforms.
• Familiarity with basic video editing and sound design, or AI tools.
• Understanding storytelling for learning or digital engagement contexts.

Preferred Tools Exposure:

• Premiere Pro & After Effects
