Executive Assistant to CEO (AI, Strategy & Business Operations)

Location Mumbai

We are looking for a highly intelligent, driven, and resourceful MBA graduate to work directly with the CEO.

 This is not a routine assistant role — it is a high-exposure, high-learning position involving AI-driven content creation, strategic research, business communication, and execution support across multiple verticals (B2B, B2G, E-commerce).

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Content & Video Creation

Create high-impact AI-generated videos (product demos, innovation storytelling, industrial pitches)

Work with tools like Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.

Convert technical product concepts into powerful visual narratives

2. Presentation & Pitch Decks

Build world-class presentations for:

B2B clients (OEMs, EPCs, plants)

Government (Railways, Defense, PSUs)

Investors & partners

Translate complex ideas into sharp, persuasive slides

3. CEO Office Support

Manage emails, client communication, and follow-ups

Prepare meeting briefs, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and action trackers

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

4. Market Research & Strategy

Conduct deep research on industries, competitors, global innovations

Identify opportunities in Asset Protection, ESG, and Industrial Chemicals

Support business expansion (India + Global)

5. Execution & Special Projects

Work on high-priority CEO initiatives

Assist in new product launches (D2C + B2B)

Drive speed, clarity, and execution across functions

Candidate Profile:

MBA (Fresher or 0–2 years experience)

Exceptionally smart, fast learner, and proactive

Strong communication (written + verbal)

High ownership mindset (not a 9–5 attitude)

Tech-savvy, especially with AI tools

Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Experience with AI tools (Runway, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)

Strong PowerPoint / Canva / Notion skills

Interest in industrial, sustainability, or deep-tech sectors

Compensation:

₹6–8 LPA (based on capability)
