VISUAL CONTENT DESIGNER

Tiber Taber is a premium kidswear brand rooted in Indian craftsmanship, creating thoughtful, design-led clothing for children.
We're looking for a Visual Content Designer who understands that great design is communication, not decoration.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design social media creatives (static, carousel, stories) that reflect a sophisticated-playful brand aesthetic
- Create Meta and Google ad visuals with strong understanding of copy placement and visual hierarchy
- Edit and produce short-form video — Reels and Shorts
- Design email templates and website banners.
- Own and evolve the Tiber Taber visual system — typography, colour, layout grids, photography style — so everything looks cohesive
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years experience in visual design.
- Graphic and editing software, Strong Figma skills. Comfortable with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects
- Experience designing for performance ads — you design to convert, not just to look good
- Eye for what premium means in a lifestyle brand's context
NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU
- Have a portfolio that's all print or editorial with no social/digital work
- Treat copy as secondary — awkward text placement is a dealbreaker here
- Cannot do basic video editing
- Need heavy direction to understand brand intent
