To serve as a single point contact to the Retail Sales Team for any service related issues. To function as a link between the team and inter department personnel (i.e customer service, operations etc). Actively engage in channel partners specially with Wealth Counters & IFA's and help the team to focus on their major role and also enhance investor relationship .
Key challenges -
1. Servicing multiple Channel heads could call for high degree of multitasking and may result in time constrain in meeting expectations of clients/distributors.
2. Unavailability of relevant information on time.
