The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in medical billing and a strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle. This role involves managing billing inquiries and follow-ups with patients and insurance companies to ensure timely payments.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to accounts receivable.
- Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely resolution of payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with the billing team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
