Position Overview:
The Practice Management Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone of the firm, acting as the central hub for client communication and workflow management. This role ensures seamless client experiences, drives efficiency across tax and bookkeeping operations, and supports leadership in day-to-day practice management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and ensuring timely responses.
- Organize and oversee tax workflows, documentation, and deadlines to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Support CPA and EA leadership in managing daily operations and client deliverables.
- Maintain and optimize systems such as TaxDome, ensuring smooth digital workflows and automation.
- Create structure and consistency across a growing client base to enable scalable operations.
- Monitor client portals and document management systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Shift Timings : 6 :00 PM to 3:30 AM /2:30PM to 12:00 AM
