Role Description

This is a full part -time hybrid role for an LIC Advisor based in Ahmedabad, with an opportunity to work partially from home. The LIC Advisor will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying their insurance needs, and providing suitable policy solutions tailored to their requirements. Responsibilities include explaining LIC policies, assisting clients with applications, meeting sales targets, maintaining client records, and conducting regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and marketing skills, with a proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and decision-making capabilities to assess clients financial needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle diverse responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, tax planning knowledge, and financial advising considered a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email and CRM platforms.
  • Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification/licensing will be beneficial.
