JOBN ROLE:

As the face and voice of Vakiltech.in, you will bridge the gap between our legal services and our clients. You will be responsible for managing initial inquiries, converting leads, and maintaining our online presence.

• Product Expertise: Quickly learn and understand our core services (Legal Consultation, Legal Notice drafting, Agreement drafting, etc.).
• Sales & Support: Handle live chat queries and make/attend sales calls to convert leads into clients.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels to keep our audience engaged.
• Communication Lead: Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming user queries, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.

• Fluency: Must be fluent in both English and Hindi (written and verbal).
• Sales Acumen: A proven on-call sales approach with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Tech-Ready: You must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.
• Multitasker: Ability to manage chat, calls, and social media simultaneously.

• Location: 100% Work From Home (Remote).
• Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Fixed Salary: 8,000/- per month.
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (Separate from salary).
