Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Virtual Assistant at Infinity Digital Canada. The Virtual Assistant will perform a variety of tasks, including conducting market research, supporting sales and marketing efforts, communicating with clients, handling customer service inquiries, and assisting with operational tasks. This role requires multitasking and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Good Knowledge of Digital Marketing services like Website Design, SEO, Google Ads & Design.
• Proficiency in Market Research for identifying trends and opportunities
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Prior experience in a digital marketing or agency setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a bonus
• Good English speaking skills is must.

This will be an entry level role job with minimum of 1-2 year of experience. Salary will be according to the skills and Avg. market price.
