What You ll Be Doing:
- Take charge ofconceptualizing and executing video shootsfrom ideation to post-production for product launches, tutorials, events, and social-first campaigns.
- Work closely with our Marketing and Creative teamsto brainstorm and storyboard compelling visual content that aligns with our brand s voice.
- Own the entire production pipeline: scripting, shooting, editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
- Produce a mix offormats like Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, testimonials, product explainers, and behind-the-scenes clips.
- Ensurebrand consistency across all platformsInstagram, YouTube, Amazon A+, Facebook, and more.
- Manage and maintain a well-organizedlibrary of video assetsand ensure deadlines are always met.
- Stay tuned into the latestsocial media and content trendsto keep our video strategy fresh and relevant.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 4+ years of hands-on experiencein videography and editing, ideally in D2C, education, or kids-focused content.
- Skilled in operatingprofessional gearDSLRs/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, stabilizers, and sound equipment.
- Mastery over tools likeAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- A sharp eye for detail when it comes tomotion graphics, color grading, audio mixing, and video optimization.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and tight timelines with efficiency.
- A portfolio or showreel that shows off yourcreativity, versatility, and storytelling skills.
- Collaborative mindset, excellent organization, and a passion for high-quality work.
