Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the content team to understand and execute video requirements.
• Film, edit, and produce short-form Reels that are engaging and brand-aligned.
• Maintain consistent video quality (lighting, sound, visuals).
• Apply storytelling techniques and creative input to enhance videos.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends for optimized content.
• Deliver projects on time and adapt to changes as needed.
• Add basic animations, transitions, and text overlays.
• Manage video equipment to ensure readiness for shoots.
• Contribute ideas for new video concepts.

Qualifications:

• Degree/certification in Film, Media Studies, or related fields.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant videography work.
• Proven experience in videography, particularly for Instagram Reels.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects).
• Understanding of Instagram's platform requirements.
• Ability to work with scripts and provide creative input.
• Knowledge of lighting, sound, and video production.
• Attention to detail and high-quality output.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic motion graphics skills are a plus.
