About The Role
We are looking for a creative and technical
Videographer to capture high-impact visual stories for our brand. You will be responsible for shooting high-quality raw assets across our centers, featuring our clinicians, and capturing powerful client stories, providing our editing team with the cinematic building blocks needed for YouTube, social media, and brand campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
- Production Filming: Lead on-set execution for digital ads, social media content, and long-form brand stories.
- On-Site Capture: Travel to our various centers to film facility tours, clinician spotlights, and authentic service demonstrations.
- Client Testimonials: Ability to sensitively guide real people through emotionally vulnerable conversations and draw out authentic, powerful narratives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization from marketing to center operations; to ensure video content accurately reflects our brand mission and care standards.
- AI-Augmented Workflow: Leverage AI tools to enhance pre-production (storyboarding/shot lists) and leverage tools like OpusClip, Munch, or Descript to identify and prep hook or penny drop moments for the editing team.
- Asset Handoff: Maintain a rigorous file management system to ensure seamless handoffs to the post-production/editing team.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: 3–7 years of professional videography experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of high-end camera systems (Sony FX series, RED, etc.), professional lighting setups, and high-fidelity audio capture.
- Format Expertise: Deep understanding of framing and shooting for multiple formats simultaneously (16:9 for YouTube and 9:16 for Social).
- AI Tools: Demonstrated experience using AI for production efficiency, including:
- Visual References: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly.
- Repurposing/Culling: OpusClip, Munch, or similar AI-driven formatting tools.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality cinematography, lighting, and a talent for capturing authentic human stories.
