Role Overview

We are looking for a Visual Designer who will lead and execute organization-wide visual communication initiatives. This role will primarily support corporate communications, social media posts, internal and external branding, employee engagement campaigns and promotional materials across digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual thinking, excellent visual storytelling skills, understanding of digital marketing and social media and the ability to translate internal communication messages into compelling and engaging designs.

Primary Skills

Strong visualization and conceptual design skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)

High proficiency in visual design fundamentals

Social Media.

Secondary Skills

Motion graphics and animation

Video Editing

Experience in corporate communication or the eLearning industry.

Experience

3 to 6 years of experience in visual or graphic design

Experience in corporate branding, HR communication design, or organization-level campaigns

Strong portfolio showcasing banners, digital campaigns, posters, announcement creatives, and promotional materials

Experience working in fast-paced corporate or EdTech environments preferred.

Technical Expertise

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro

Working knowledge of Adobe Animate, Adobe XD, or similar tools

Hands-on experience in motion graphics and basic animation

Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as image generation, layout automation, and content-assisted design platforms

Strong understanding of Typography, Layout, Composition, Scale, and Color Theory.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR and Internal Communication Design

Design creatives for HR announcements, employee engagement campaigns, policy launches, leadership messages, and internal events

Creatives for social media marketing across all platformed LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Create festival posters, holiday greetings, celebration creatives, and awareness campaign materials

Develop banners, emailers, standees, digital signage, and social media creatives for internal and external promotions

2. Brand and Visual Consistency

Ensure all creatives align with the organization's brand guidelines

Maintain visual consistency across departments and campaigns

Elevate the overall quality of internal communication design standards.

3. Concept Development

Generate clear, engaging, and visually impactful concepts based on communication briefs

Translate business and HR messaging into compelling visual narratives

Present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders confidently.

4. Collaboration and Coordination

Work closely with HR, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Leadership, and cross-functional teams

Coordinate with animators, vendors, project managers, and other designers

Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate designs with speed and precision.

5. Production and Feasibility

Create production-ready design assets for digital and print

Understand technical constraints and ensure designs are implementation-ready

Deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines.

6. AI-Enabled Creative Execution

Use AI design tools to accelerate concept development and creative production

Generate visual directions, mockups, and variations using AI-assisted platforms

Apply AI tools responsibly while ensuring originality, brand alignment, and design quality

Continuously explore emerging AI tools to improve efficiency and innovation.

Skills and Competencies

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability

High attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong stakeholder management skills

Leadership mindset with the ability to guide junior designers

Proactive in exploring emerging creative trends and design innovations.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (BFA, MFA) or equivalent field

Diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Visual Communication preferred

Relevant experience in corporate design, internal branding, or the eLearning industry
