Video Producer

Are you passionate about visual storytelling, creative production, and bringing ideas to life through compelling videos

We're looking for a Video Producer & Editor who can take projects from concept to completion — from behind-the-camera production to polished, platform-ready content.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video production, shooting, editing, and post-production, along with a creative eye for crafting engaging visual stories across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots, including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
• Manage end-to-end video production, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (FCPX), or DaVinci Resolve.
• Handle colour correction, colour grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Create and adapt video content for multiple formats, including 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring concepts and ideas to life.
• Ensure high-quality output while meeting project timelines and delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating production and post-production capabilities.
• Experience managing projects from shoot planning to final output.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, audio, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software.
• Knowledge of colour correction, colour grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics.
• A creative eye, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating content for digital platforms and social media.
• Familiarity with different video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

Pay Range & Compensation Package
