Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Producer & Content Writer who can craft compelling narratives and manage end-to-end video production. This role requires a creative professional with strong storytelling skills and hands-on production expertise to deliver high-impact short-form and long-form content that aligns with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and script engaging content for documentaries, brand films, short videos, speeches,

and campaigns.

• Write high-quality social media copy, captions, and digital content tailored for multiple platforms.

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to ensure brand voice and tone consistency.

• Plan, organize, and manage video shoots, including interviews, site visits, and candid lifestyle content.

• Ensure on-time delivery of all video assets, maintaining quality standards and creative alignment.

• Coordinate with external production agencies when required to streamline execution.

• Work closely with post-production teams to guide editing, sound, and visual storytelling.

• Maintain content calendars and align all deliverables with campaign timelines.

• Leverage AI-based tools for script ideation, editing enhancements, and workflow optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content writing and video production.

• Proven storytelling expertise with a strong portfolio of scripted and produced video projects.

• Excellent writing skills for digital-first, social media, and branded video content.

• Strong knowledge of production workflows, including camera setups and on-site execution.

• Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn) and best practices for video engagement
