Jr. Social Media Video Producer @ Beanly
Role Overview
- Lead video content creation for Beanly across all social platforms.
- Own the full workflow from concept to post: shooting, editing, scheduling, and direction.
- You're the first point of contact for all video projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct video content with an external video team
- Edit videos for socials
- Schedule and manage posting calendar
- Brief on-location teams and talent
- Coordinate with copywriting on messaging, scripting, and timing
- Monitor performance and iterate based on engagement
- Maintain brand consistency in visual style and audio
Requirements
- 1+ year of social media video production experience
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
- Comfortable directing on-camera talent and conducting interviews
- Strong understanding of platform-specific formats (Reels, Stories, Feed, YouTube)
- Ability to shoot on camera (phone or DSLR)
- Quick turnaround: can handle same-day edits and posts
- Problem-solver who can pivot on the fly
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics
- Audio editing skills
- Experience with coffee/beverage/lifestyle brands
