Position Overview:
The Video Production Specialist will be responsible for producing, editing, and delivering video content that drives engagement and enhances the digital presence of healthcare clients. This role involves end-to-end video production, including concept development, shooting, editing, and post-production. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring the stories of our healthcare clients to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Concept Development: Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm, develop, and storyboard video concepts that align with healthcare clients marketing objectives.
- Video Production: Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning (scripting, shot lists, etc.) to filming, ensuring high-quality content that adheres to healthcare industry standards.
- Video Editing: Edit video footage, including cutting, grading, sound design, and adding effects or graphics, to create polished, professional final products.
- Post-Production: Handle post-production tasks such as color correction, sound mixing, adding subtitles, and creating motion graphics when needed.
- Equipment Management: Operate and maintain video, audio, and lighting equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards.
- Content Variety: Produce various types of video content such as interviews, testimonials, explainer videos, educational videos, and promotional clips for healthcare clients.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that all video content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and messaging of healthcare clients.
- Optimization for Digital Platforms: Optimize videos for various digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring they meet platform specifications and engage the target audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (social media, design, content) to ensure video content supports overall marketing strategies.
- Video Analytics: Monitor video performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights from engagement data.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in video production, shooting, and editing, preferably within a digital marketing agency or healthcare environment.
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic software (Adobe After Effects).
- Strong technical skills in using video equipment, cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Experience in creating various types of video content, from short-form social media clips to long-form interviews and educational videos.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate healthcare content into engaging video material.
- Knowledge of video production best practices, particularly for social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and sound design is a plus.
