About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with hands-on experience in CapCut to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling through visuals, have a sharp eye for detail, and be able to transform raw footage into engaging and high-quality content suited for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content using CapCut.
- Add effects, transitions, sound, and music to enhance the final output.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to produce videos aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create short-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and quality across all videos.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, social media content, and CapCut features.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1–2 years) as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing CapCut-based work.
- Proficiency in CapCut (Desktop/Mobile).
- Basic understanding of other editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in editing Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos, and videos.
- Understanding of color correction, transitions, and sound design.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and audience engagement tactics.
