This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Commission Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you will drive enrollment by identifying potential students, explaining course benefits, and guiding them through the admissions process. Your daily responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with leads, delivering presentations, managing inquiries, and achieving sales targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, representing Raveon Academy in the creative learning market.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with prospective students
• Experience in client relationship management and a customer-focused mindset
• Basic knowledge of digital media tools like Adobe Photoshop or a passion for creative fields is advantageous
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with effective time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a team
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
