- Adapt videos across formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
- Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling style
- Work closely withdesign, content, and growth teams
- Deliver fast, iterate faster, and improve with feedback
RequirementsRequired Skills & Competencies -
- Adobe Premiere Pro (must-have)
- After Effects /CapCut(working knowledge)
- Strong senseofpacing, hooks, storytelling, and visual flow
- Familiarity with social media formats and trends
Preferred Qualifications -
- 13 years of video editing experience
- Strong understanding ofshort-form content and attention economics
- Comfortable working in afast-paced, high-ownership startup
