Role Overview
We are looking for a
hands-on Lead Video Editor with a strong focus on
video content creation. You will lead the
end-to-end video production, including shooting, editing, motion graphics, and overall content direction. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to create compelling video narratives for both
B2C (doctors/patients) and
B2B (enterprises) audiences.
This is a
multidimensional role, perfect for someone who enjoys being creative, technical, and strategic all at once.
Key Responsibilities
Video & Content Direction
- Ensure videos communicate product features, campaigns, and educational content effectively.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to translate strategies into compelling video narratives.
Hands-On Video Production
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio for shoots, as needed.
- Edit videos, add motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital formats.
- Ensure high-quality output across short-form social videos, long-form explainers, and internal content.
Creative Leadership & Collaboration
- Maintain consistency in brand storytelling across all video and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with design, UI/UX, and marketing teams to align video content with overall brand and product experience.
Work Experience
Who You Are
- 46 years of experience in video production, motion graphics, or content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, shooting, motion graphics, and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Comfortable owning end-to-end video production in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Creative thinker with strong narrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent collaborator and communicator across teams.
