Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor with a strong eye for storytelling, pace, and visual impact. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in editing BTS (behind-the-scenes) content, event after-movies/reels, and ad films, with the ability to turn raw footage into engaging, high-energy content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit BTS videos, event after-movies, and social media reels with strong storytelling and pacing
• Create high-impact event recap videos that capture the scale and energy of executions
• Edit ad films, brand shoots, and promotional videos
• Work closely with the creative and production teams to understand the vision and deliver accordingly
• Select music, sound design, and transitions to enhance video quality
• Handle quick turnaround edits for social media and live event requirements
• Ensure consistency in brand tone and visual quality across all video outputs

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (must)
• Excellent sense of timing, music, transitions, and storytelling
• Experience in editing event content, BTS videos, and ad films
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing event edits, reels, and ad film work

Good to Have

• Basic color grading and sound design skills
• Experience working with marketing or events agencies
• Understanding of social media trends and reel formats
