Video Editor (AI First Creator)

We're looking for someone who's comfortable on Adobe Premiere Pro, but more importantly, hungry to explore what's next.

This isn't a traditional editing role. It's for someone who wants to learn, experiment, and build with Generative AI tools—even if you're not an expert (yet).

What you'll actually be doing:

Work with Gen AI tools (Higgsfield, Runway, etc.) to create and enhance video content. (Don't worry, we'll help you get there.)

Experiment with emerging models like Kling, Seedance, etc.

Turn ideas into visuals using faster, smarter workflows powered by AI.

Use Premiere Pro when needed to bring structure and polish.

Collaborate with a team that believes in trying first and figuring it out along the way.

You'll thrive here if you:

Have 1–2 years of experience in video editing or content creation.

Are eager to learn AI tools and not intimidated by new tech.

Enjoy figuring things out on your own (YouTube rabbit holes = research).

Have working knowledge of Premiere Pro, and basic familiarity with After Effects / Photoshop.

Like the idea of your job evolving constantly.

Bonus points if:

You've already played around with AI tools (even casually).

You follow new tools/models just out of curiosity.

You're the person who says let me try this before asking is this possible
