Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to transform raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and storytelling vision. In this role, you will work closely with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging videos that capture attention, communicate effectively, and drive audience engagement.
You will play a key role in the end-to-end post-production process, bringing ideas to life through editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling while ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging, and platform-ready video content
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align videos with campaign objectives and brand messaging
- Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and branding across all video outputs
- Enhance videos using motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and visual effects
- Manage the full post-production workflow from raw footage to final delivery
- Organize, maintain, and back up video assets for easy retrieval and reuse
- Present drafts and final edits to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Ensure seamless storytelling through logical sequencing, pacing, and transitions
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and formats such as short form, interactive, and shoppable videos
- Continuously explore ways to improve video quality, efficiency, and viewer engagement
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a creative, media, or marketing environment
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, visual effects, and storytelling techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant video editing work
