About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for producing engaging video content for marketing, social media, presentations, and project showcases. This role requires strong storytelling skills and the ability to transform raw footage into visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and publish daily video content (reels, promos, tutorials, motion graphics, etc.) aligned with content strategy

• Transform raw footage into polished, engaging visual stories

• Add voice-overs, captions, subtitles, effects, music, and trending elements to enhance engagement

• Research and apply current social media trends (especially Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn content)

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand content requirements

• Ensure brand consistency across all video content

• Manage video assets and maintain organized project files

• Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels

• Stay updated with latest trends in video editing, motion design, and content creation

Requirements

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in video editing for marketing or social media (3–8 years overall experience preferred)

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools

• Strong experience in short-form content creation (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

• Experience in voice-over syncing, subtitles, animations, and transitions

• Basic audio mixing skills and knowledge of online publishing formats

• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual aesthetics

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver content within tight deadlines

• Portfolio/show reel is mandatory
