About the Role

At Topee, every client transformation is more than a cosmetic change it's a confidence shift and a

powerful human story.

We're looking for a Brand Communication Specialist who can help shape how these stories are told

across digital platforms using storytelling, social media thinking, and AI-powered creativity.

You'll shoot real transformations, edit them into viral-ready content, and experiment with AI video

tools to create visuals that most brands in India haven't even imagined yet.

What you'll do

Capture real client transformation journeys and translate them into compelling brand narrative

Develop short-form storytelling formats (Reels, Shorts, testimonials, BTS) that reflect Topee's voice

and positioning

Shape raw moments into emotionally resonant beforeafter stories that build credibility and

connection

Edit content for Instagram, YouTube and digital campaigns with a strong focus on narrative flow,

emotional impact and brand consistency

Craft engaging hooks, captions and storytelling structures that strengthen audience engagement

Leverage AI tools (Neo, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, etc.) to elevate visual storytelling and explore

new creative possibilities

Experiment with emerging AI-led formats to help position Topee as a forward-thinking brand

Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team to align content with larger brand and

growth objectives

Contribute to building a cohesive, transformation-led brand storytelling ecosystem across

platforms.

Who you are

You love shooting and editing videos (even on phone is fine)

You understand Instagram/Reels/short-form content trends

You enjoy storytelling and visual experimentation

You're curious about AI video tools and excited to learn them

You're proactive and comfortable shooting real people

You want to build a standout creative portfolio

No prior AI tool experience needed we'll explore and learn together.

Skills (Nice to Have)

CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut / VN / DaVinci

Basic camera & lighting sense

Motion graphics or transitions

AI video tools (Neo, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Pika, etc.)
