Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Video Editor role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Video Editor will plan, edit, and finalize video content for marketing campaigns, property showcases, social media, and internal communications. Typical tasks include organizing raw footage, assembling timelines, applying transitions and effects, syncing audio, and ensuring brand consistency. The role involves color correcting and grading footage to achieve a polished, cohesive look across all videos. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and real estate teams to translate project briefs into engaging visual stories, while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong video production and video editing skills, including experience working with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Proficiency in video color grading and basic color correction to ensure a consistent and high-quality visual style.
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics and graphics for titles, lower thirds, overlays, and simple animations.
- Ability to manage media assets, organize project files, and follow structured workflows for efficient editing and revisions.
- Experience creating content for digital platforms (social media, websites, presentations), with an understanding of aspect ratios and compression formats.
- Attention to detail, strong storytelling abilities, and a portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant video work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to accept and implement feedback constructively.
- Relevant qualification in film, media, design, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
