Key responsibilities:
1. Ideate, plan, and storyboard Reels and short-form video content
2. Shoot engaging and aesthetic video content using mobile or camera equipment for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
3. Edit Reels with quick cuts, transitions, effects, captions, and sound sync to align with current trends
4. Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to execute video concepts
5. Stay updated with the latest trends, audios, and social media formats
6. Ensure brand consistency across all video content
7. Manage deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
8. Organize raw footage and maintain a content archive
Requirements:
1. Bring 6 months to 1 year of experience in reel editing, preferably in an agency or brand setup
2. Demonstrate proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
3. Apply knowledge of lighting, framing, and basic shooting techniques
4. Stay familiar with Instagram trends, video pacing, and audience engagement tactics
5. Possess a creative eye with attention to detail
6. Handle multiple projects simultaneously
