Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of pacing and hook-based editing for social media and short-form content.
- Skilled in Premiere Pro & After Effects.
- Understanding of color grading and sound.
- Ability to adapt to different brand voices and visual styles, and ability to pick up new tools fast.
