Role Description

We're looking for a Video Editor who understands fast-paced social-first storytelling and can create visually engaging edits that feel native to today's content landscape. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or any other relevant platform experience working on lifestyle and fashion-focused edits, and a good understanding of motion graphics and shifting content styles across platforms. You should be comfortable using AI video tools and workflows, understand trends, pacing, hooks, and storytelling, and be able to edit reels, ads, BTS content, and aesthetic brand films with speed and intention. Familiarity with Envato and relevant editing resources is preferred, and candidates must own a laptop.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic understanding of After Effects and motion graphics
• Experience editing social-first content for Instagram and short-form platforms
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, transitions, and hooks
• Familiarity with AI editing tools and modern editing workflows
• Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury content preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of current content trends
• Must own a laptop
• Prior agency experience is a plus
