Video Editor with a strong focus on
character animation, 2D animation, and motion graphics to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating compelling animated visuals that engage audiences, tell a story, and bring characters to life. You'll work closely with our content and marketing teams to create high-quality video content for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Create and edit animated videos with a focus on character animation, storytelling, and impactful visuals.
- Develop 2D animation and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from team members to finalize animations and ensure high standards of quality.
- Experience in Handling camera equipment and operating video cameras effectively to capture high-quality footage for animated sequences, as required.
- Optimize video files and formats for various social media and digital platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new animation techniques.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in video editing with a specialization in character animation, 2D animation, and motion graphics.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for asset creation.
- Familiarity with color grading, audio editing, and post-production techniques.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing character animations, 2D animations, and motion graphics work is required.
