Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in designing modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and the ability to convert concepts into visually appealing web layouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Maintain brand consistency across all web pages
- Improve user experience based on feedback and analytics
- Design web graphics, banners, icons, and visual assets
- Update and maintain existing websites as required
- Ensure designs are optimized for speed and performance
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Knowledge of Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
- Familiarity with WordPress / CMS platforms
- Understanding of SEO-friendly design practices
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, etc.)
- Understanding of hosting and website deployment
- Experience in website performance optimization

Qualification
