Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and client campaigns — from raw footage to final export.
  • Craft founder-led and thought leadership videos, including talking-head edits, podcast cutdowns, explainer videos, and interview content.
  • Produce recruitment and employer branding videos, including culture reels, JD videos, and candidate testimonials for Noblegate and its clients.
  • Design motion graphics, kinetic typography, lower thirds, captions, and title cards that align with Noblegate's charcoal-and-champagne visual identity.
  • Handle colour correction, audio mixing, sound design, and music selection to deliver broadcast-quality finished pieces.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple cutdowns optimised for each platform, aspect ratio, and audience.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and brand strategists to translate briefs, scripts, and storyboards into compelling visual narratives.
  • Manage project files, archives, and version control with discipline — nothing lost, nothing duplicated, nothing chaotic.
  • Stay ahead of editing trends, formats, AI-assisted workflows, and platform algorithms, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Occasionally support on-set production, basic shoots, and B-roll capture when required.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 2–5 years of professional video editing experience, ideally with agency, D2C, creator, or consulting brand exposure.
  • Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, typography, and visual hierarchy — you understand why a cut works, not just how to make it.
  • A portfolio or showreel demonstrating polished work across short-form social, long-form content, and motion design.
  • Sharp eye for brand consistency — fonts, colour, spacing, and tone are non-negotiable for you.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end, meet deadlines, and manage multiple edits in parallel.
  • Fluency in English; ability to edit content in Hindi and English interchangeably.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience editing for LinkedIn creators, founders, or B2B brands.
  • Familiarity with AI editing tools (Descript, Runway, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Opus Clip, etc.).
  • Basic shooting skills — DSLR/mirrorless, lighting, and audio setup.
  • Understanding of podcast production workflows.

What You'll Get

  • A seat at the creative table — direct access to the founder, brand strategists, and clients.
  • Work on premium, founder-led brands and business content, not throwaway filler.
  • A well-designed studio space in New Delhi with the tools, hardware, and creative environment to do your best work.
  • Clear growth pathways — we are building a content and creative practice, and early team members get to shape it.
  • Competitive compensation, benchmarked to experience and portfolio quality.
  • A culture that values taste, craft, and ownership over templates and noise.
