Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join adidas. The successful candidate will have a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of design principles, as well as the ability to create visually appealing graphics that will enhance our product range.
Responsibilities:
- Create original designs for apparel and footwear.
- Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure that graphics are consistent with the overall brand identity.
- Keep up to date with current fashion trends and design techniques.
- Use software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create designs.
- Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure designs are correctly adapted as per the requirement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Work closely with the marketing team and Sourcing team to create tech packs for the product range.
- Complete ownership of product development, article creation and readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in fashion designing.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
- Knowledge of garment construction and printing techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
