Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Video Editor to join our team at Monastic Media®. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content to align with client strategies and branding. Daily tasks include video editing, color correction, sound design, and enhancing video content with motion graphics. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
• Knowledge of motion graphics and proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audio-video synchronization
• Ability to perform color correction and sound design
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within a team
• Experience with e-commerce and marketing-related content is a plus
• Prior experience in a professional video editing role with a portfolio showcasing past work
