Role OverviewWe're looking for a Visual Storytelling Associate who can translate ideas into sharp, high-quality visual outputs.
This is not a narrow design role.
You'll work across:
- Investor decks
- GTM presentations
- Website visuals
- Social content
- Occasional video edits
The core of the role is presentation design (decks) but versatility across formats is a major advantage.
What You'll Work On- Designing high-quality presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva) for startups and consulting projects
- Translating rough ideas, docs, or strategy into clean visual narratives
- Creating visual assets for websites, social media, and internal docs
- Supporting video editing / motion design when required (not primary, but valuable)
- Experimenting with AI tools for faster content and design workflows
- Working across multiple startups (e.g., consulting projects, AI ventures, brand builds)
Required SkillsCore (Must-Have):
- Strong proficiency in presentation design (Google Slides / PowerPoint / Canva)
- Good design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, visual clarity)
- Ability to convert raw content into structured visual storytelling
Design Tools (At least 1–2 strong):
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Figma
- Canva
Good to Have:
- Motion design / video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Basic understanding of branding and business communication
- Familiarity or curiosity around AI tools for design/content
