Internship Overview
We are seeking an AI Prompt-Based Video Editing Intern who has completed a degree in a relevant field (Media, Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, or similar) and already possesses basic hands-on knowledge of AI video generation tools.
This role is ideal for candidates who want real-world exposure to performance marketing creatives and wish to deepen their skills in AI-driven video production for paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Video Generation
- Create short-form video creatives using AI tools based on:
- Given scripts
- Creative briefs
- Reference ads
- Convert text, images, or concepts into engaging video formats
- Prompt Development
- Write and refine AI prompts for:
- Lifestyle videos
- UGC-style creatives
- Text-to-video and image-to-video ads
- Optimize prompts based on feedback and performance goals
- Video Editing & Optimization
- Perform basic to intermediate editing:
- Trimming, pacing, transitions
- Text overlays, captions, emojis
- Adapt videos for multiple platforms:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Snapchat
- TikTok
- Resize creatives into required formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
- Creative Testing Support
- Create multiple variations of the same creative
- Assist in hook testing and message experimentation
- Follow creative SOPs and platform guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in:
- Media / Animation
- Visual Communication
- Design
- Digital Marketing
- Film / Multimedia or related fields
- Basic knowledge of AI prompt-based video generation
- Familiarity with at least one AI video tool (Runway, Pika, Luma, HeyGen, etc.)
Required Skills

- Short-form video structure
- Hooks and attention-grabbing openings
- Basic video editing knowledge
- Ability to follow creative instructions and feedback
- Strong interest in AI-driven content creation
