Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design

• Develop high-quality graphic designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, and print.

• Create branding elements, layouts, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.

• Design ad creatives for digital platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing campaigns, events, tutorials, and social media.

• Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles, and sound effects where needed.

• Repurpose long-form video into short, engaging clips for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.

Content Creation & Marketing

• Develop engaging, brand-aligned written and visual content for blogs, social media, and campaigns.

• Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.

• Collaborate with team members to produce compelling storytelling pieces.

Requirements

• Technical Skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign)

• Video editing software (Premiere Pro, Capcut, DaVinci Resolve)

• Social media tools (Canva, Hootsuite)

• Proven experience in graphic design, video production, SEO, and digital marketing.

• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of current digital trends, social media algorithms, and ad strategies.
