Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can translate our brand story into engaging visual content across platforms from digital campaigns and social media to product videos and packaging design.
You'll play a key role in shaping how consumers see and connect with Good Monk creating stunning visuals and videos that inspire, educate, and delight.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design compelling creatives for digital marketing campaigns, website, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and prtint media.
- Create engaging packaging mockups, product renders, and brand collaterals.
- Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Support campaign ideation with visual concepts, storyboards, and layouts.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
- Design event materials, presentations, and sales collaterals when required.
Video Editing
- Edit product videos, brand films, reels, and testimonials for digital and social platforms.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to ideate and execute video storytelling.
- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, and sound effects for professional output.
- Manage all stages of post-production trimming, color grading, syncing audio, adding text, etc.
- Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-specific edits.
Strategy & Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and brand teams to brainstorm creative campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest digital trends, visual styles, and platform best practices.
- Proactively bring fresh ideas for content formats, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (preferably in D2C brands, startups, or creative agencies).
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of brand aesthetics, composition, and color theory.
- Excellent sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and delivering exceptional results
- Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Hindi language is mandatory
