Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer

Role Description: Video Editor - Bleep Studio (a division of NOW Media)

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Video Editor to join Bleep Studio, the content and social media vertical of NOW Media. In this role, you will work on creating compelling visual content, with a strong focus on editing videos, producing reels for Instagram, and designing motion graphics that bring brand narratives to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content for social media platforms (primarily Instagram).
• Create motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and strategists to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual formats and styles.
• Stay updated on trends in video formats, transitions, audio usage, and effects across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
• Organise and maintain video content libraries and project files efficiently.
• Adapt and repurpose video content to suit multiple formats and platforms.

Qualifications

• 1– 4 years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics, ideally within a creative or agency setup.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• A strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and platform-specific video requirements.
• Ability to handle quick turnarounds and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Knowledge of sound design and colour correction.
• A creative eye and strong attention to detail.
• Portfolio or showreel of past video work is a must - Please ensure this is available on your resume.

Additional Information

• CTC: 3 – 5 LPA, based on experience and skillset
• Location: On-site, Bengaluru (preference for candidates residing locally)
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
