The role

Looking for a video editor who understands pace, attention, and what makes someonenotskip a video. You should be comfortable working across formats - from talking-head content to performance-driven ads.

What you'll be doing

> Editing talking head videos (reels, founder content, podcasts)

> Creating Meta ad videos with strong hooks, captions, and supers

> Adding clean, purposeful motion graphics to enhance storytelling

> Cutting videos for engagement - pacing, jump cuts, retention edits

> Working with raw footage and shaping it into clear narratives

> Collaborating with content and design teams to align visuals with messaging

> Handling multiple projects and quick turnarounds

What we're looking for

> 13 years of experience in video editing

> Proficiency in Premiere Pro (After Effects is a strong plus)

> Understanding of pacing, hooks, and short-form content structure

> Comfortable with captions, text overlays, and basic motion graphics

> Good sense of sound, music, and overall video flow

> Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Bonus

> Experience editing performance marketing ads

> Familiarity with trends across Instagram and Meta ads

> Understanding of storytelling for brand vs ads
