Key Responsibilities
- Create high-impact visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and more.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, account managers, and other internal teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative briefs.
- Create and manage design themes, color palettes, templates, and brand assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives with a strong focus on visual consistency and brand integrity.
- Support motion graphics and video editing projects when required.
- Contribute to UI/UX design for digital products and platforms.
Skills & Tools Required
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Ability to visualize and present design concepts effectively.
- Experience in editing short-form video content for social media (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of sound syncing and transitions for professional video output.
- Understanding of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Basic animation and motion graphic skills are a plus.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management.
