Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of motion graphics, video color grading, and visual storytelling
  • Solid time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Attention to detail and creativity in execution
  • Strong portfolio of past video and design work is a must.

Role & Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design static and animated graphics for social media, websites, ads, and campaigns
  • Develop concepts and layouts for visual communication materials
  • Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and brand touch points
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate briefs into visually compelling work
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Video Production & Editing

  • Collaborate with external photographers and videographers for larger projects.
  • Responsible for translating the scripts in creative visuals through character animation, motion graphics, typography animation, whiteboard animation, etc.
  • Create custom graphics, animations, and illustrations that align with content objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging and polished video content
  • Apply video color grading and motion graphics to enhance visual appeal
  • Add sound effects, transitions, text overlays, and other elements as needed
  • Manage video assets and organize project files efficiently
  • Ensure timely delivery of video content while maintaining high quality
  • Stay updated with current trends in video content and editing styles
  • Direct and shoot photography for social media, websites, and campaigns.

Support Outside Agency

  • Work with external creative agencies and freelancers to execute large-scale campaigns.
  • Brief and manage third-party vendors for specialized projects (e.g., high-end commercial shoots, complex animations).
  • Review and provide feedback on external work to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets with external partners.
