We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor who can independently handle video editing, podcast creation, recording, and producing high-quality content for YouTube and audio platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in turning raw footage into engaging long-form videos as well as short snippets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, and internal use.

Work with podcast recordings, compile multiple clips, and produce complete video and audio versions.

Convert long-format podcasts and speaking sessions into bite-sized snippets for reels/shorts.

Record videos during speaking sessions, interviews, or in-house shoots.

Ensure clean audio, proper lighting usage, color grading, sound mixing, and overall production quality.

Collaborate with the content team to maintain brand style and consistency.

Manage timelines and deliver content quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required).

Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.

Experience with podcast editing (video + audio).

Ability to convert long videos into short engaging snippets.

Basic understanding of camera handling and video recording.

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
