Key Responsibilities:
- Naturally creative unique creations, artistic background, knack for design a must.
- Plan, Conceptualize and create videos
- Strong design aesthetic in layout, composition, typography and color usage
- Should be comfortable adapting to brand guidelines.
- Expected to present creative that meet brand standards/guidelines and provide rationale
- Articulate and present creative concepts clearly
- Thrive in a very fast-paced environment
- Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined output in a short time.
- Participate, contribute to brainstorming sessions and effective team player
Creative Deliverables:
- Ideate, conceptualize, design and/or create motion graphics for Atos various offerings
- Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.
- Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project.
- Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Edit raw footage and ensure final videos are visually appealing and on brand
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 4-7 years experience in large corporate or an advertising agency
- Expert design skills with thorough knowledge and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- 3D animation knowledge in Cinema4d or Blender an added advantage
- Strong visualization capabilities with a keen eye for details
- Bachelor's/ master's degree with an emphasis on graphic design, visual communication, advertising or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication
