About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and committed Video Editor who can deliver 5 engaging videos per day (up to 60 seconds each). The ideal candidate should not only be technically sound but also have the right attitude, leadership qualities, and ownership mindset to lead projects and guide interns.
You will be working on short-form content, reels, motion graphics, and trend-driven videos that require clean, minimalistic, and modern editing styles. If you are someone who thrives under deadlines, keeps up with trends, and knows how to leverage AI in video editing, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit 5 short-form videos daily (up to 60 seconds each, total 510 minutes output).
- Deliver clean, polished, and minimalistic edits with strong storytelling.
- Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects when required.
- Keep up with the latest video trends, social media formats, and editing styles.
- Apply color grading and correction to maintain professional quality.
- Write accurate English captions for videos.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize editing workflows and enhance productivity.
- Work closely with interns and extract high-quality outputs from them.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong command of motion graphics and animated text.
- Deep understanding of color grading and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent English communication and caption-writing skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced editing without compromising on quality.
- Knowledge of AI-powered editing tools and workflow automation.
- Ability to adapt editing style to different industries, niches, and platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in a production agency or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form content, reels, and motion graphics.
- Proven track record of high-volume, high-quality video production.
