Experience : 4 to 8 years
Location : Delhi
Role Description
We are seeking a Film/Video Editor to join our team and support the production of eLearning content that makes German engineering education accessible worldwide. The role involves editing video and audio material, creating motion graphics, and ensuring high-quality outputs for our international student audience. Candidates should bring strong skills in Adobe Premiere, basic knowledge of Creative Cloud tools, and a high technical affinity.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting and editing video and audio material
- Data backup and material import in Premiere
- Synchronization of video and audio material
- Conception, design, and production of motion graphics
- Exports for approvals, voice-overs, etc.
- Archiving, managing, and maintaining raw and finished material
- Technical support/maintenance of the editing workstation
- Making changes to edits and, if necessary, rough cuts of segments or already produced contributions.
What You Bring
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Video Editing, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 years of experience in video editing, preferably in educational or digital media.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects. Basic understanding of 3D is an advantage.
- Creative Skills: A strong sense of visual storytelling, rhythm, and design aesthetics.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
- Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to understand briefs and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience editing explainer videos, tutorial content, or online course modules.
- Basic understanding of instructional design and e-learning video formats.
- Familiarity with screen recording tools (e.g., Camtasia) and audio cleanup techniques.
- Experience with YouTube/Vimeo optimization or online video publishing.
