About the Role

We're hiring a multifaceted creator who can bring ideas to life through cinematic shooting and

sharp, modern editing. Someone who understands Meta trends, hooks, scroll-stoppers, and can

produce content that captures attention instantly.

The role has two clear parts: Cinematography and Video Editing, with occasional on-camera UGC or

corporate meme content.

1. Cinematography Responsibilities

Shoot brand videos, fashion content, Meta ads, cinematic product films, lifestyle shoots,

UGC Content Shoot and behind-the-scenes content.

Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and manage studio lighting setups (key lights,

softboxes, LED panels, light ratios, etc.).

Set up creative frames, styling, and visual composition aligned with brand aesthetics.

Capture smooth movements, transitions, and dynamic angles that elevate visual storytelling.

Coordinate with the creative team on storyboards, shot lists, and mood boards.

Should have experienced working in product industry like Clothing, Jewellery, Accessories, Heath and Skincare etc.

2. Video Editing Responsibilities

Edit brand videos, product ads, UGC-style content, reels, and performance-driven Meta

creatives for high engagement.

Add supers, hooks, transitions, motion graphics, and other dynamic elements that boost

watch-time and conversions.

Use Premiere Pro (expert) and After Effects for modern, fast-paced, aesthetic edits.

Create fresh content aligned with trends and platform formats (Meta, Instagram, YouTube

Shorts).

Maintain clean, consistent, visually premium brand language.

3.On-Camera Responsibilities

Appear comfortably in front of the camera for:

o UGC content

o Corporate meme videos

o Explainer clips or fun brand moments

Deliver natural expressions, humor, and personality when required.

Must-Have Skills

Strong cinematography skillsframing, camera handling, gimbal movement, lighting

knowledge.

Strong video editing skills with Premiere Pro and After Effects knowledge.

Understanding of Meta Ad trends, hooks, scroll patterns, and performance-driven content.

Aesthetic sense with the ability to visualize and execute clean, premium visuals.

Ability to work in a fast creative environment with tight deadlines.

Comfortable facing camera when needed.

A collaborative, positive creator who takes ownership and enjoys building content that

performs.

Someone excited about making brand visuals that actually convert.
