About the RoleHideout Media is looking for a full-time Cinematographer & Video Editor to join our growing creative team. The role involves filming stand-up comedy shows, sketches, podcast-style shoots, promos, and creative projects - and turning them into high-quality edits for YouTube and social media.
Work Structure

- Full-time
- Flexible timings (based on show & shoot schedules)
- 34 days of shoots every week, rest focused on editing & creative work
Key Responsibilities
- Film stand-up comedy shows, sketches, BTS & promos.
- Operate camera, lights & audio during shoots.
- Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube & social.
- Edit reels/highlights/clips with sharp comedic pacing.
- Color grading, sound cleanup & subtitle sync.
- Maintain backups and organize footage as per workflow.
- Create posters and show/event promotional graphics.
- Coordinate with comedians, artists, social media & production team.
Required Skills
- Strong cinematography & camera handling
- Video editing (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut)
- Basic motion graphics (preferred) After Effects
- Thumbnail & poster design (Photoshop / Illustrator ideal)
- Understanding of lighting setups for indoor shoots & live events
Mandatory Requirement
- Must have own video camera gear + lenses.
Good to Have
- Added knowledge of comedy formats & social media trends
- Experience with multicam live shoots
- Ability to execute edits on tight timelines
