Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Lucknow. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into compelling video content for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions and effects, refining audio, and integrating motion graphics and titles. The role also involves color grading to maintain visual consistency, collaborating with creative and marketing teams, and adapting content formats for different channels. The Video Editor will manage multiple projects, maintain organized file structures, and support the continuous improvement of video standards and workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling raw footage, timelines, and exporting in multiple formats.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and visually appealing output.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, and visual elements.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in Lucknow on a full-time schedule.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or real estate-focused content is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
